Human Capital Executive

Role Purpose

To execute various human capital services including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and reward, benefits administration, human resources records management, talent management, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and staff welfare programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of departmental policies, procedures, plans, budgets and initiatives.
  • Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
  • Administer payroll, employee benefits, staff welfare programs.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and complete human resources records.
  • Plan and facilitate in-house or external training and development of all staff.
  • Facilitate performance management processes across the Council.
  • Facilitate the resolution of employee grievances, conflicts, and disputes in accordance with Council policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related fields.
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience with practical implementation of human resources functional activities, policies, and plans related to the role.
