Responsibilities
This a middle management level role which reports to the Learning and Organizational Development Manager.
- To coordinate and provide an administrative support service to Line management and Learning and Organizational Development Manager in the implementation of learning and organizational development policies, practices, procedures, systems, and initiatives.

Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Social Sciences or Equivalent
- 5 years post qualification experience
