Education:Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Human Resources (HR) Business Partner, the role is to provides Human Resources process and administrative support service across the entire department to achieve business objectives.
Key Performance Areas
The successful candidate will be responsible for among other things:
- Operational Effectiveness
- Employee Relations
- Education on HR policies, procedures and process
- Separation Process Effectiveness
- Compensation Management effectiveness
- Information Management Effectiveness
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
- 3 years post graduate experience in HR services/operation environment
- Proficiency in Micro Suite
