Main Purpose of the Job
ODC is seeking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our departments by delivering comprehensive HR services. This role involves partnering with line managers to ensure effective people management, positive employee experiences, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HR strategies and solutions to support business goals.
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
- Oversee performance management, talent development and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform HR decisions and processes.
- Foster a positive workplace culture, resolve disputes, and implement wellness programs.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience, with expertise in the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR analytics, and talent management.
