Job Description

Leadership – Develop and Implement holistic Operations TOM (covering Retail and CIB Operations) ensuring alignment with Functional, Business and Country leadership.

Lead the build of the Operational Excellence strategy and executing the delivery of this transformational change across all operational units. Integrate wider Operations, Technology & Enabling units to ensure the enhancement and maintenance of operational processes, projects, controls and procedures across ABB.

Service Delivery: Assess business performance issues, identifying opportunities and facilitating the process change and improvement within a business unit. Scope the program/project with Business to understand the work requirements and time frame of the program/project.

Team Management: Hire, develop and retain experienced talent to supply the operational excellence work stream pipeline.

Advisory support: Continuously monitor the overall progress and effectiveness of key initiatives and advise the Chief Operations Officer & Bank Leadership.

Control, Compliance and Administration – Ensure adherence to control frameworks, policies, mandates and procedures.

 

 

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
