Specification |
Work with the products team and departments to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques. Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate per guidelines. Study design briefs and determine requirements Schedule projects and define budget constraints Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic Work with copywriters and graphic designers to produce final design Participate in testing graphics across various media, amend and feedback where necessary Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand |

Requirements |
Education•At least a Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing/Graphic Design/ Web Design or relevant field.
•Appropriate professional qualifications / experience in Digital Marketing Experience •At least 5 years’ experience in creative development process Certifications• Knowledge•Working knowledge of digital design and delivery standards. •Strong eye for design •Working knowledge of digital design and delivery standards •Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement •Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts •Assertive, with the confidence to be voice of authority – not afraid to do what is best for the team •Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around her/him • Skills•Excellent Digital Marketing and creative/innovation skills •An excellent communicator and motivator •Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. |
