JOB SUMMARY

This is a twenty-four (24) months program that offers eligible candidates a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience, skills, and knowledge in various operations of our Company.
Upon successful completion of the program, the Graduate Trainee shall be considered for placement into a substantive position within the Company.

The position reports directly to the Organizational Effectiveness & Talent General Manager

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding academic credentials such as Distinction or a GPA of 2 (I) in:
• Computer Science
• Business Management/Development/
Administration/Strategy
• Commerce
• Economics
• Marketing (Digital)
• Project Management
• Operations Management/Supply Chain & Logistics

Experience:
• Energetic, motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude that will support our business strategy.
• Candidates must have graduated from 2020.
• Added Advantage: Master’s Degree in any of the above fields and should have recently completed their studies
