Join our dynamic team at Gravitas Investments (Pty) Ltd t/a Sally Dairy, a leading beverage manufacturing company. We’re seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and contribute to our success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
  • Lead financial reporting and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, relevant laws and financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering their professional development.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, ACCA, CIMA or related field.
  • Previous finance management experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations.
  • Effective communication and leadership.
