 – Executive Secretary

Main Role
To provide high level administrative support and assistance to the Managing Directors and/or other assigned leadership staff, this includes amongst other arranges travels and accommodation for Executives.

Requirements
a) A Diploma or degree in Secretarial or Business Mgt or related field.
b) A minimum of one year experience as a secretary, administrator or receptionist.
c) Competency skills

Excellent customer service skills
Good Administrative knowledge
Good communication skills
Computer litracy
Good listening skills a
Attentive to details.

All positions are tenable in Gaborone.
