Job Summary

The role is responsible for leading the Facilities Management portfolio within Corporate Real Estate Service (CRES) in Botswana, plan, manage and implement the provision and maintenance of excellent site services including, power generating set maintenance, air-condition maintenance, other contracted service providers for maintenance of the bank’s assets in line with Health & Safety procedures in place to meet business objectives. Furthermore, the incumbent will be responsible for the acquisition, management and disposal of real estate property, whether leasehold or freehold and ensure a fit for function property portfolio.


Job Description

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Facilities / Property Management or a related field
  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in a facilities management environment
  • Prior experience of working in the Financial Services industry desirable
  • Basic knowledge of Health & Safety standards/requirements in the built environment
  • Broad knowledge and experience of all aspects of the facilities management
  • Excellent leadership skills and track record of delivery in both service levels and driving value for money.
