Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director of People and Culture drives the people agenda. This role supports the strategic and business goals as well as promoting company values and shaping a positive culture. You will lead and provide support to the Executive team on HR aspects such as Culture Leadership, Organisation Development, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management and ensuring all people management practices and processes are in place to enable for a high performing workforce.

What will make you stand out?
- Recognized degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field;
- Advanced degree or Professional HR certifications and/or memberships (e.g., SHRM, CIPD,IPM) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of postgraduate HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role focusing on People, Strategy, and Transformation.
- Proven success in developing and implementing HR strategies in a High-Performance (HPO) culture environment.
- Demonstrated track record in leading HR initiatives that enhance organizational culture and drive transformation.
