Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails and inquiries.
- Manage front desk operations and office supplies.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with scheduling.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and polished appearance.
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus.
- Proactive, detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with basic software knowledge.
