Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails and inquiries.
  • Manage front desk operations and office supplies.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with scheduling.
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and polished appearance.
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with basic software knowledge.
