Direct Sales Agents

Purpose of the job
To promote and sell FSG products to potential customers.

Roles & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Persuasively promote and sell FSG products to potential customers;
• Generate leads through various methods such as calls, door to door and online platforms;
• Guide customers through the sales process;
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships;
• Meet or exceed sales targets;
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities;
• Analyse market trends and give recommendations to the Assurance Supervisor for continuous business improvement.

Qualifications
• Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Long-Term Insurance

Required Competencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Goal-oriented and persuasive;
• Pro-active and innovative;
• Proficient in sales techniques;
• Ability to work with minimum supervision

Successful candidates will be eligible for monthly basic retainer and commission.
