Description
Main Purpose of the Job
Responsible for identifying and attracting potential agents to enrol for Agency Baking, also ensuring that all transactions and activities comply with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new agents, conduct sales campaigns and activations.
- Enroll agents for Online Banking and achieve set sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage continued usage.
- Train agents on how to execute transactions.
- Monitor agent performance and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Provide first line support and resolve agent queries or issues.
- Conduct presentations to attract potential agents to enrol for agency banking.
- Ensure all transactions and activities comply with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Verify customer documents and perform Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Identify and report fraudulent activities or suspicious transactions.
- Train customers and agents on how to process transactions.
- Assist customers in resolving transaction-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of agents onboarding and sales performance.
- Provide regular reports to bank on market trends, challenges and customer feedback.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma in a Business – related field or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience preferably in a banking environment.
Experience:
- Experience in a sales or customer facing role would be an added advantage.
