Description
Direct Sales Agents will be responsible for the following –
- Marketing and selling of loan products of the bank to allocated segment of customers maximising sales within the assigned segment.
- Handholding of customers and explaining product features, terms and conditions.
- Assisting customers with completion of product application forms and other documents.
- Referring customers to relevant bank officials in relation to the bank’s loan and other products.
- Compiling sales feedback to the assigned branch manager.
- Maintaining knowledge of the bank’s products and services.
- Ensuring high level of customer service, positively maintaining the brand of the bank.
Requirements
Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma in sales and marketing, or accounting and a Certificate of Proficiency in Long Term and Short Term Insurance (COP).
Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in sales.
Key knowledge and technical competencies and other requirements:
- Customer Excellence- The ability to ensure high standards of quality and service delivery to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Results orientation – The ability to meet and set goals and/or targets for self, ensuring that these targets are efficiently and consistently achieved.
- Presentability – The ability to be presentable in manner of dress and appearance so as to display a positive image for the bank.
- New Sales Development – Ability to effectively identify and sell a product or service to a potential client.
