Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates at Mountzion Construction, a Gaborone based multi-disciplinary company comprising of secretarial services, tender preparation and compiling, amusement park, construction e.t.c for the following position;
 Full time in the office
 Receive and liaise with clients
 Show and explain services to clients
 Handle calls and company social media platforms
 Record daily activities in a record book and make a report to the managing director.
 Receive payments and prepare receipts
 Transfer transactions record into the weekly income data record.
 Any other task ordered by the Managing director.
 Above of 18 years old.
 Any relevant certificate
 Knowledge of company and business registration with CIPA, BURS, PPADB, and BANKS
 Self-driven and assertive
 Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is a must.
