Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates at Mountzion Construction, a Gaborone based multi-disciplinary company comprising of secretarial services, tender preparation and compiling, amusement park, construction e.t.c for the following position;
1. DESK OPERATORS/ CLERK OFFICERS/SECRETARIES
Full time in the office
Receive and liaise with clients
Show and explain services to clients
Handle calls and company social media platforms
Record daily activities in a record book and make a report to the managing director.
Receive payments and prepare receipts
Transfer transactions record into the weekly income data record.
Any other task ordered by the Managing director.
Above of 18 years old.
Any relevant certificate
Knowledge of company and business registration with CIPA, BURS, PPADB, and BANKS
Self-driven and assertive
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is a must.
