ADMINISTRATION
- Assist farmers with accessing online loan applications.
- Assist in Monitoring and collections activities
- Aiding clients with loan application, ensuring adherence to process by verify that farmers have attached all key documents that are required.
- Weekly reporting of loan application status.
- Provide help to clients by offering advice whenever necessary.
- Resolve issues and complaints from clients by providing them with appropriate information
- Establish and promote cordial relationship with customers, ensuring prompt attendance to their inquiries and solving their problems to grant them maximum satisfaction
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
- Ensure that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes
- Monitor overall customer satisfaction levels

- Compile and generate reports as they relate to customer service.
- Answering customers’ questions by phone, email, or face-to-face.
- Sell the Banks products or services by informing and suggesting new banking products to customers
- Provide information to customers on their account status and account balances
- Participate in marketing and awareness campaigns in the bank to create an enlarged customer base
- Take information from customers and entering it into a database.
- Make sure that the customer’s experience is a positive one.
- Have sufficient knowledge about the banking products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Agriculture, Business administration or related field
- Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) long or short term as an added advantage.
- Appreciation of know your customer (KYC) processes
- Administration skills
