Customer Service Assistant (226 Positions Countrywide)

Improving turn around times and compliance in terms of the banks loans process as well as providing excellent customer service.

ADMINISTRATION

 

  • Assist farmers with accessing online loan applications.
  • Assist in Monitoring and collections activities
  • Aiding  clients with  loan application, ensuring adherence to process by verify that farmers have attached all key documents that are required.
  • Weekly reporting of loan application status.
  • Provide help to clients by offering advice whenever necessary.
  • Resolve issues and complaints from clients by providing them with appropriate information
  • Establish and promote cordial relationship with customers, ensuring prompt attendance to their inquiries and solving their problems to grant them maximum satisfaction
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
  • Ensure that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes
  • Monitor overall customer satisfaction levels
  • Ensure that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes
  • Compile and generate reports as they relate to customer service.
  • Answering customers’ questions by phone, email, or face-to-face.
  • Sell the Banks products or services by informing and suggesting new banking products to customers
  • Provide information to customers on their account status and account balances
  • Participate in marketing and awareness campaigns in the bank to create an enlarged customer base
  • Take information from customers and entering it into a database.
  • Make sure that the customer’s experience is a positive one.
  • Have sufficient knowledge about the banking products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor of Agriculture, Business administration or related field
  • Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) long or short term as an added advantage.
  • Appreciation of know your customer (KYC) processes
  • Administration skills
  • Customer service
