Supervisor: Regional Manager
Reporting to the Shop Supervisor. The role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers to promote and sell Orange products, achieving sales targets, offering best solutions and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the position assists Shop Supervisor in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch, contributing to its overall success.
The main duties include but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and driving sales and revenue growth.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide support and guidance to customers throughout their interaction with the company.

- Good knowledge of prospection and sales techniques.
- Sense of duty related to customers (customer focus).
- Active listener.

- Honest.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Business or Marketing.
- A Masters would be an added advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, excelling in customer service and shop operations.
- Experience working in the telecommunication industry is an added advantage.
