We are currently seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Agent to join our cross-border freight and logistics company.
Qualifications
• Relevant tertiary education qualification
• Clean Driver’s License
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years progressive and demonstrable experience (in transport company or similar) with BURS and SARS (Easy Clear system)
• Must be experienced in framing import and export (plus temporary), transit (B22), and bonded cargo declarations
• Must have knowledge and understanding of Customs & Excise rules and regulations, procedures and documentation requirements (Botswana & South Africa)
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
