Job Purpose:
To work within the organization to perform procurement activities for country’s businesses and being responsible for ordering or contracting all goods and services in accordance with procurement practices & objectives.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness by enforcing compliance to the Contracting and Procurement Procedure Manual
- Formulate solutions for the company’s procurement and development of risk management and cost saving strategy
- Support the identification and development of opportunities for the provision of procurement services for the company
- Implement, manage and resolve issues on appropriate contracts
- Manage contracts and conduct reporting
- Ensure Request to Purchase/Pay policies and established procurement policies, strategies and procedures are followed
- Monitor Request to Purchase/Pay KPIs
- Providing Request to Purchase/Pay guidance to internal and external stakeholders as appropriate
- Resolve Request to Purchase/Pay queries and issues

- Team player with high driven and ability to build long term relationships
- Very good commercial sense and understanding of procurement

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing and Supply/Engineering and a professional certification with at least 5 years’ experience in Procurement functions, preferably in leading cross-functional teams across a number of countries.
- Proven ability to integrate operational CP processes in complex situations, and to bring change into working practices
- Ability to make decisions and execute with support of stakeholders
- Proven track record of execution excellence and delivering results
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
