Gaborone United FC is seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and innovative professional to join our team as Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a BA in Sports Administration.
Experience
• A minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Administration or CEO).
• Proven track record of excellence, with references from previous employers.
Key Responsibilities
The CEO will oversee the daily operations of GU (Pty) Ltd and be based full-time at the GU Village. Responsibilities include:
1. Managing and supervising all day-to-day operations of the club.
2. Reporting daily activities directly to the Company Director.
3. Leading and supervising all GU staff, including the technical team.
4. Overseeing all aspects of the club’s operations, including:
• Financial management.
• Recruitment of staff and players.
• Organizing club functions.
• Securing sponsorships and partnerships.
Remuneration
