Card Acquiring – Sales And Support (24 Months Fixed Term Contract-Ghanzi And Selibe Phikwe)

Main Purpose
Sales of Acquiring Services to eligible merchants, ensure that they are setup on the product, train them on how to use the product, ensure that the client uses the product to attain the desired turnover and address all queries raised by the merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Marketing and establishing new merchant accounts of acquiring services. Visiting merchants and signing up contract.
  • Onboard new merchants by completing the necessary forms and collecting KYC
  • Carry out site inspection and merchant vetting for prospective merchants to guard against onboarding fraudulent merchants’ setup, train & support merchants.
  • Attend to all Merchant queries.
  • Drive Utilization through after service.
  • Ensure all due diligence has been done by performing merchant site inspections before onboarding the client. -Ensure all KYC has been collected as part of onboarding documents

Key Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in Sales or technical field.
  • Card Acquiring & Banking Experience is an added advantage.
