BoFiNet is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Specialist to join our dynamic Business Support Systems Team. The role reports to Information Technology Manager. As a Business Systems Specialist, you will play a critical role in Designing, Deploying and Supporting mission critical Business Systems such as OSS/BSS/ERP/Revenue Assurance systems across the organization in order to deliver efficiencies and meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Business Systems (e.g. OSS/BSS/ERP systems etc.).
- Lead the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements to keep abreast of technological advancements.
- Lead system integrations and projects to enhance the overall BSS architecture.
- Lead in the development and maintenance of Enterprise Architecture.
- Performing regular audits and analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity across Business System, Network and other sub-systems.
- Manage and collaborate with third-party vendors to address issues, and optimize system performance.
- Lead in evaluating, recommending new technologies and solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee configuration and customization of Business Systems to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain up to date system documentation.
- Development of operational procedures, processes and policies.
- Provide application and refresher training to end-users to ensure user adoption and increase system usage.
- Ensure that Business systems are compliant on all compliance requirements (Audit, Risk, Security, Financial)

Academic Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have attained the following:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Implementing and supporting Business Support Systems.
- Track record of continuous professional development through certifications, training.
- Candidate should have experience with the following (Enterprise Architecture frameworks, TM-Forum frameworks, ITSM).
- Candidate should have experience with Business Intelligence, Data Analytics as well as programming languages (Python, R, SQL…)
