Experience/ Qualification
- Degree in Business (Sales and Marketing)
- Associate in Insurance will be an added advantage
- Five (5) years post qualification experience in the Sales and Marketing management.

- Coding and decoding of Advisors
- Procurement activities for the region
- Manpower planning
- Training interventions for the teams within the region
