Experience/ Qualification

  • Degree in Business (Sales and Marketing)
  • Associate in Insurance will be an added advantage
  • Five (5) years post qualification experience in the Sales and Marketing management.

  • Coding and decoding of Advisors
  • Procurement activities for the region
  • Manpower planning
  • Training interventions for the  teams within the region
