Business and Pricing Specialist

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the candidate will be responsible for analysing all source data to identify the customer base movements per segment and product line to determine the best tactical actions to optimize value and profitability.
Additionally, the eligible candidate will ensure profitability of Orange operations, support on a daily basis marketing team to elaborate optimized business plans for offers and P&S to be aligned with budget and marketing plan targets. Anticipate any external factors that may affect revenue or profitability and set up relevant actions

Main duties:


  • Reporting on OBW performance on customer base and per product line with focus on customer knowledge, business Intelligence and data analysis.
  • Implement, oversee, update and analyse of all Marketing Dashboards and KPl’s on a weekly and monthly basis (weekly reports, CBC). Through the use of segmentation based on value and needs.
  • Take initiative in anticipating regulatory changes impact in identifying and resolving issues around pricing and margin.
  • Monitor international & roaming retail tariffs.


  • Lead marketing contributions to yearly marketing plan and strategic plan, as well as all budget exercises.
  • Collaboration with product managers to develop and implement offers and P&S price strategies (including segment strategies)


  • Provide insightful recommendations to better optimize portfolio and generosity to grow customer base value and improve customer loyalty, based on performance analysis.
  • Perform margin and pricing analysis to support key business initiatives as required
  • Analyse market dynamics, pricing trends, market opportunities, operating and sales margins to ensure optimization of margins and revenues.

  • Analyse bonus proposals and prepare guidelines for bonus policy.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Finance/Business Degree or Higher
  • A minimum of 4 years in Business Intelligence, Finance or any Statistics field.
