RE: ADVERTISEMENT FOR A VACANCY FOR THE POST OF BURSAR
Applications are hereby invited for the post of BURSAR in St Anthony Primary School to oversee day to day operations by the school financial services. The applicant must be a citizen of Botswana with a valid Identity card.

Qualifications
•Diploma in Accounting, AAT level 4 or CAT level 4, Degree in accounting, Masters in Accounting & ACCA and other professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
•Computer Literacy (MS Excel in Particular)

Requirements
•Proven work experience
•Strong financial skills
•Knowledge of Accounting Procedures and best practices
•Familiarity with budget and cash flow management
•Excellent analytical skills and experiences in creating or paring financial reports and presentation.
•The candidate must be between 18 and 55 years of age.

Responsibilities
•Overseeing day to day cash management of the school
•Management collection of tuition fees all other cash or income for the school and depositing of the money to the bank.
•Managing account payables and receivables
•Preparations of annual budget and its management
•Keep organized books of accounts tuition fee collections and file receipts
•Timely prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements, quarterly income and expenditure statements and other financial reports
•Conduct cost and procurement report analysis
•Prepare quarterly and yearly forecast (Income and expenditure)
•Preparation and management of staff payroll for the school
•Design and update financial procedures for the school
•Provide all financial information or reports required during audit.
•Attend school management meetings
•Management of procurement of goods and services/ supplies activities and payments to suppliers.
