Job description
CLIENT PROFITABILITY AND RISK MANAGEMENT
- Conform to the Bank’s risk policies and procedures e.g. sign off, levels of authority.
- Effective administrative management of insurance policy in compliance with the Bank’s credit policy and procedures and containment of credit risk
- Ensures that all operational processes and routine aspects (e.g. documentation and filing) are in place.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
- Develop sound relationships with insurance industry stakeholder.
- Maintain strong working relationships with interrelated areas of the bank in order to facilitate co-operation and the smooth running of required processes.
SERVICE DELIVERY
- Ensures that all insurance solutions are implemented and maintained in line with predetermined service level agreements.
- Ensures that insurance claims are processed and paid on time
- Compiles and maintains insurance bordereaux and process premium payment in time
- Collects commissions timeously
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Ensures that clients are handled in a professional manner and that they are provided with accurate information about BGIA’s products and services.
- Ensuring credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors’ products.

- Business Degree or related discipline
- COP Long Term & Short Term
- Minimum 3 years experience
