KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Develops records management strategic plan.
- Designs, markets, implements, evaluates, and renews records management programs and services.
- Provides advice on awareness and importance of record keeping, legislation, policy issues, procedures, emerging information, related developments, and technical records management issues.
- Coordinates the development and implementation of records solutions for CIPA including electronic records management systems.
- Utilises software to gain customer insights, identify client needs and expectations, and translates these trends into CIPA’s business/operational client service strategy.
- Prepares and submit reports to the Registrar-Companies and Business names on state of records for Companies and Business Names.
- Leads the development of business strategies for sharing and availing information to the public, private and public institutions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Records Management. Post graduate degree would be an added advantage.
Experience
- At least Five (5) years post qualification in the same field.
