C1(P178 500- P213276 per annum)
JOB TITLE
Assistant Principal Officer Family Welfare Practitioner

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONSAND EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor of Nursing Science/ Diploma in General Nursing plus Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least five (5) years’ experience in a related field, two (2) years of which must have been served at C2 salary scale or equivalent
BENEFITS
• Contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50% and employee 50%).
• Contributory Pension Scheme for Permanent and Pensionable Staff (Government pays 15% and employee 5%).
• Prison Overtime Allowance at 20% of basic salary.
Leave: 30 Working days per annum for C1 scale and above 25

TRAINING
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a three (3) months orientation programme.

PROBATION PERIOD
To serve two (2) years’ probation period.

• A comprehensive physical fitness assessment.

• Aptitude test.
