GRADE
C1(P178 500- P213276 per annum)
JOB TITLE
Assistant Principal Officer Agronomist
REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONSAND EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor’s Degree in Crop Science/ Agronomy/Horticulture
•At least five (5) years’ experience in a related field, of which two (2) years must have been served at C2 scale or equivalent.
BENEFITS
• Contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50% and employee 50%).
• Contributory Pension Scheme for Permanent and Pensionable Staff (Government pays 15% and employee 5%).
• Prison Overtime Allowance at 20% of basic salary.
Leave: 30 Working days per annum for C1 scale and above 25

TRAINING
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a three (3) months orientation programme.
PROBATION PERIOD
To serve two (2) years’ probation period.
