Job Description

To ensure delivery of IT RUN service(s) at agreed service levels.
To ensure the smooth and secure operation of systems by monitor the performance of systems, networks and Data Centre environments and escalate failures promptly,
ensuring the optimum function of all systems and the availability of systems as per SLA’s.
To attend to service calls and tickets logged via telephone calls, the Service Desk system and other mediums. To maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. To ensure faults and incidents are logged, assigned, resolved and/or escalated, to meet agreed 1st level technical support.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Information Studies, Information Technology

Experience Required
Technology Operations / Infrastructure Production

  • Adhere to policies and procedures as layed by the bank
  • Customer service oriented.
  • adherence   to timelines
  • managing internal stakeholders.
  • Should have sound knowledge of SQL and database languages.
  • At least 3 years on working with bank systems
