Administrative Assistant wanted at Metline Proprietary Limited (Gaborone)
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Metline Proprietary Limited. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling quotation request responses, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as possessing excellent communication skills and the necessary etiquette required for the position.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
– Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties.
– Handle quotation request responses promptly and accurately.
– Maintain and update records and databases.
– Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
– Coordinate meetings and appointments.
– Manage office supplies and equipment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Knowledge of medical equipment and consumables terminology (preferred but not required).
