This position is responsible for the management of administration, facilities and support services.
This position is responsible for the management of administration, facilities and support services which includes site administration, site and camp facilities management and personnel logistics at the Motheo Operation.
Key Performance Areas
- Oversees the daily workflow and deliverables of the administrative and facilities functions.
- Manage and monitor the administration and camp budgets.
- Provide administration expertise to ensure required support is delivered to key contract projects.
- Principal representative for commercial contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) associated with site camp operation and management.
- Provide an efficient and effective on-boarding process that meets all site entry and commercial requirements.
- Ensure administration support is provided to the General Manager and site management team as required.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant statutory requirements associated with site and camp administration including but not limited to facilities licensing.
- Facilitate effective, flexible, and efficient administration service to enable effective services in line with operations requirements whilst ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
- Review and monitor administration systems and processes to ensure ongoing effectiveness to meet site requirements & budgetary requirements.
- Establish systems for logistics and transportation including ensuring provision of adequate transportation services for site personnel.
- Coordinate VIP visits and function orders as required.
- Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by the Site Management Team
- Overseeing the maintenance of document control processes and administration registers.
- Manages subordinates’ key effectiveness areas by setting, monitoring and reviewing performance and taking remedial action as necessary.
- Promote effective communication of relevant site information.
- Manages & coordinates the implementation of safety, health and environmental programme in area of responsibility.
- Other duties as per operational requirements.

Qualification & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Estates Management and or equivalent.
- Valid Light Duty Vehicles Driver’s License.
- At least 10 years’ experience, 5 years of which should have been spent on camp management operations, dynamic administration, hospitality & catering or similar environments.
- Minimum 5 year’s leadership experience.
