Reports To: Adminstration Manager
Overall Purpose
The main responsibility is to facilitate and / or perform a variety of administrative tasks also assist in resolving adhoc operational tasks as and when they arise. In addition, the role provides support to the company directors’ administrative needs.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating property maintenance and maintenance contractors as required by Property Coordinator
- Arranging for the servicing of directors’ company vehicles
- Tracking of Company Vehicles
- Assisting with preparation for shows, logistics, golf days etc
- Supports the accounts department in their dealings with BURS
- Assisting with employees official doctor visits
- Facilitating correspondence with Government Departments, Parastatals and City / Town Councils.
- General running around for tasks that require initiative
Education, Skills & Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a technical field
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Problem solver
- Mature and Decisive
- Drivers License, with a clean driving record.
- Heavy duty drivers’ license a beneficial extra
