Reports To: Adminstration Manager

Overall Purpose

The main responsibility is to facilitate and / or perform a variety of administrative tasks also assist in resolving adhoc operational tasks as and when they arise. In addition, the role provides support to the company directors’ administrative needs.


  • Facilitating property maintenance and maintenance contractors as required by Property Coordinator
  • Arranging for the servicing of directors’ company vehicles
  • Tracking of Company Vehicles
  • Assisting with preparation for shows, logistics, golf days etc
  • Supports the accounts department in their dealings with BURS
  • Assisting with employees official doctor visits
  • Facilitating correspondence with Government Departments, Parastatals and City / Town Councils.
  • General running around for tasks that require initiative

Education, Skills & Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a technical field
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Problem solver
  • Mature and Decisive
  • Drivers License, with a clean driving record.
  • Heavy duty drivers’ license a beneficial extra
