JOB SUMMARY
Full set of Accounts, preparing Monthly management/Financial report
All works related to the closing accounts: -Manage & maintain complete spectrum of all accounting
Functions of finance – banking, Bank reconciliation, petty cash, cheque, re-value Forex Account,
Issue invoice, debit/credit note, journal voucher – Journal entries for accrual, provision, prepayment,
Prepare & Submit weekly cash position report
Preparing Monthly intercompany balance
Update fixed asset schedule & tagging
Liaise with audit, tax and professional etc
Other accounts matters or job rotation and expansion maybe provided by Branch Manager

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
Finalist with experience will be an added advantage
Posses good oral and written skills in English
At least 3years hands on experiences in accounting field for this position
Responsible, integrity, independent, good team player, command the respect of senior management, good pressure management and excel in meeting tight reporting deadlines
Applicant must be willing to work in various Worksites
Full time position available with a minimum Certificate/Diploma
2years’ experience, added advantage to any Business related courses: Business administration, Business management, marketing
Valid driver’s license
