Description

The incumbent will process business transactions, new business, claims processing and invoicing. Ensures that the Agency’s daily functions run accurately and effectively and reports regularly to management.

Key Competencies

  • Provide client service and manage the renewal process for long term insurance business.
  • Handle the processing of refunds and claims for both life and general insurance product lines.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve them within the required turnaround time.
  • Conduct timely reconciliation of commission payments.
  • Continuously source appropriate insurance market intelligence and disseminate it to relevant stakeholders for decision-making.
  • Effectively manage relationships with underwriters.
  • Review and analyze customer documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer information and transactions.
  • Assist with administrative duties for smooth functioning of daily operations.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification:

  • Business Related Degree or Risk and Insurance qualifications. COP Long Term Insurance.
  • Knowledge of the insurance business services.
  • Three years of continuous experience in a similar environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
