CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR (2)

Responsibilities:
– To operate a security control room on a 24 hour response
– Monitor CCTV camera and do playbacks when needed
– Respond to alarms an troubleshoot to issue promptly to ensure smooth and safe operations
– Maintain accurate logs and records of all activates and incidents
– Ensure that all faults are attended to within 48 hours
– Ensure adherence to the control room procedures at all time

Requirements:
– Minimum a certificate in security management
– No Criminal Convictions (Application with Fingerprints enclosed will be an added advantage)
– Age of 25-45 Years
– Must be mature and responsible
– Physical and mentally fit
– Have integrity and self-discipline
– Fluent in both English and Setswana
– Ability to adapt to working under pressure
– 2 years’ experience as an control room operator is an added advantage
– Class B Driver’s License

TECHNICIAN (1)

Responsibility:
– Installation and maintenance of all alarm types, CCTV cameras, gate motors, electric fences and all other security equipment
– Updating and maintaining alarm, CCTV, tracking, and all other software and applications
– Ensure that all faults are attended to within 48 hours
– Customer management

Requirements:
– A minimum of certificate/Diploma in Electrical and electronic/ Telecommunication
– Class B drives license
– Aged 25-35
– Must be mature and responsible
– Physical and mentally fit
– Have integrity and self-discipline
– Fluent in both English and Setswana
– Ability to adapt to working under pressure
– 2 years of relevant experience in the alarm installation and monitoring environment

ALARM RESPONSE TEAM (2)

Responsibilities:
– Patrol property and maintaining secure environment
– Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
– Act lawfully in direct defence of life or property
– Apprehend criminals and evict violators
– Report in detail any suspicious incidents
– Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
– Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
